Most Transformers have an electrostatic screen between primary and secondary windings.
The RS types are mostly boxed.  Used types have often only been used briefly for testing, but terminals may have solder
Ex equipment are items removed from use.
All are tested for leakage between primary and secondary windings and to frame/screen at 1kV.
